Become a Winemaker for a day, create your own Zinfandel, then sit down and enjoy the lobster feed of the year
Alderbrook's Zinfandel Blending Party & Lobster Feed
This is your opportunity to become a Winemaker for the day. Alderbrook's Winemaker Bryan Parker will supply you with all the necessary tools and knowledge to create your own bottle of Zinfandel.
After you cork and foil your wine you will then create your own label. Bring your creative fingers, labels will be judged and special gifts will be given to the winners.
After the rigorous tasks of tasting and creating your own wine we will boost your energy with a sumptuous lobster feed served with all the trimmings, and Alderbrook wines (of course).
