93 Wineries and 25 Lodgings offer special treats and generous hospitality. This is a great opportunity to visit, meet winemakers and taste limited production wines at wineries not generally open to the public. Make it a three-day weekend of wine tasting, meeting winemakers, touring wineries and participating in seminars.
Winter Wineland 2005
Always the third weekend in January. Winter along the Wine Road is really cool. Discover Northwest Sonoma County during Winter Wineland. With over 70 wineries participating you will find plenty to do, see and taste. Warm up those crisp winter days, visit the wineries and talk to winemakers and vineyard managers. Spend time sampling older vintages and new releases. Savor food and wine pairing, component and vertical tasting and bottle and barrel displays. This is your opportunity, during a quiet time of the year, to really visit with the winemaker and learn their winemaking philosophy. Get a behind the scenes look at your favorite winery. Tickets go on sale November 1st and are good for both days.
