It is Alderbrook Winery's policy not to share, sell, or distribute your personal information with any third party affiliates.
Shipping Policies and Procedures:
You must be 21 years or older to purchase and receive shipment of wines. Wines must be received by and signed for by an adult 21 years of age or older.
In placing an order, the buyer affirms that he or she is at least 21 years old, and the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old.
When the alcoholic beverages are delivered, the person receiving the delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old.

Direct Shipment of Alcohol:
Due to laws regulating the direct shipment of alcoholic beverages, we ship wines through our online store only to the following states: Alaska, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oregon, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin. Some quantity limitations may also apply.

Wine cannot be shipped outside the USA.
Shipping/Packing Charges:
The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products.
By placing an order, Alderbrook Winery is authorized on the buyer's behalf to engage a common carrier for delivery.
